Added assignment of tanks and hunters to raid target icons. This can be accessed by Shift-clicking the lugMd minimap icon
E.G. hunter 1 and tank 1 are assigned to skull, hunter 2 and tank 2 are assigned to star
Left clicking the minimap icon will announce above targets to the channels specified in the options menu.
Options menu has been changed around a little.
Added option to announce MD cast/ targets to a custom channel. this is done by typing the number of the channel you wish to announce in.
E.G. inputting 1 would inform lugMD to output to your first channel (normally general chat)
