MagicDKP: Add all raid members to the instance specific "trash loot" events (each time a trash item is looted). This allows proper reassignment of loot if necessary. Fixed bug with right clicking on an item icon to load the tooltip data.

MagicDKP: Added toggle to enable and disable the addon. When disabled, the addon will not create raids, listen to events etc. The config and raid UI will still work however.

MagicDKP: Remove blacklisted friendly mobs accidently added when the addon didn't differentiate between friendly/enemy mobs (this caused the Kalecgos encounter to bug and added some unnecessary data for other zones).
