- Fixed all '/md alt' commands to be case independant as intended.
- Fixed bug when doing '/md alt list <name>' where the named character had no alts.
- When alt detection is enabled MagicDKP will ensure that any detected alts has no mains associated with them (this can happen if someone changes their main character).

Added an option to only log gear, but not ask for a DKP value (only track loot)
