MagicTargets: Added bar coloring when in combat:
- Red = untanked, hitting on something squishy.
- Green = tanked.
- Blue = crowd controlled.
- Note that it doesn't yet use oRA2 tank targets - instead it looks for bear forms, defensive stance and righteous fury.

MagicTargets:
- Fixed some issues with MagicMarker integration.
- Fixed toggling of MagicMarker comm listening.
- Remove bars from any entity not seen for 4 seconds in either the combat log or via a party/raid/self target (fixes issue where a bara was added but you never entered combat, i.e Kalecgos wipe recovery).
- Reset MagicMarker-assigned target health bars after you have left combat and the above mentioned 4 second timeout is triggered (note MM targets will not reset while you're in combat, regardless of target and combat log status).

MagicTargets:
- Added options to: lock bars, toggle growth direction, toggle listening to Magic Marker data, toggle whether or not addon is enabled outside a group and whether to hide the anchor when the bars are locked.
- When enabled the addon always listens to combat events (before crowd control used prior to the player entering combat weren't registered)
- Update bars outside of combat (every 5 seconds) and during (every 0.5 seconds).
- Update bars on mouse over and targeting when enabled. Also look at players focus target.
- Some of the changes were dry coded.
