ManaPerc:
- Added LibDruidMana-1.0 support.
- If we don't know how much mana the Druid has yet, ManaPerc will say the spell cost is 0%. I might just make it totally hide the percentage instead soon.

ManaPerc:
- Check that the players UnitPowerType() is 0 (mana) before working out a percentage, otherwise we get funny results when we're not in caster form as a Druid.
- Perhaps do something with LibDruidMana to get around this later.
