    - Shuffle some hooks around to taint less.
    - Fix InstanceMaps on non-english clients.
    - Added Isle of Conquest to Battleground Maps
    - Rewrote InstanceMaps dropdown integration to not rely on the remaining contents of the dropdown, so other addons can modify it as well.
    - Update InstanceMaps name of TotC to reflect the actual ingame names.
