    - Decreased zoom increment when the camera is close up (<4 yards); Fixed max distance slider being reset when setting it through the Blizzard options window; Set max distance slider to steps of 1.5 since the cvar gets rounded to 1 decimal; Disable self when DynamicCam is loaded
    - Fix stack overflow when DynamicCam Reactive Zoom option is enabled
