MiniPet:
- Initial checkin of 4.6
- Added ability to summon the random minipet from the command line or clicking on LDB frame IF that pet is a learned pet
- list and refresh command options moved back to the top level (ie /mp list and /mp refresh)
- Command options to force a new random pet and cycle the modifier item
- Can right click the LDB button to unsummon the current critter if it is a learned pet
