Updated externals in preparation to configuration options
Relocated all code for QuestHelper support to it's own module
Changes to MoncaiLib, renamed functions, added functionality
Changed code so collapsed quests are still tracked
Enabled headers to be shift-clicked to (de)activate all quests under the heading at once
Fix the little tracking light in the questlog to turn green when quests are tracked
Now works with QuestHelper 1.0.x (optional), older versions of QH are no longer supported
