    changed from mount db to tooltipscanning (damn you blizzard for not keeping tooltips consistent)
    hopefully fixed the delay in the druid/shaman movement code

    scaleing mounts are now blacklisted and cannot increase max speed but can set min speed

    scaling mounts are almost fixed (they get scanned but will bump the max speed to the max they scale)
    also db resets shouldn't be required unless something major happens
    i now clean the db on every load to make sure that all mountsentries are valid if they are not they get deleted

    also removed the scaling mount category simply adding each spell id to all possible db's makes it more usefull :)

    changed the db to use the spellIDs instead of the mount names (now blizard can change mount names and i dont have to worry about it)
    started adding functions for druids and shamans to use their instant mounts while moving)

    i have now the ability to clear the mounts db by incrementing the dbversion
