yssaril:
- provide an upgradepath from 1.3 to 2.0 (getting readdy to be able to release 2.0 unless something big crops up)
this will import all your old macros (exept for the default ones)
the old macro type name will be attached to the imported macros since in 2.0 macro types are gonne and they are all globaly available now
the upgrade path will be removed down the road sometime after wow ver3.2.2
