yssaril:
    - update toc
    - second attempt at the druid/shaman moving forms
    moved the custom flyable check into its own function
    - fix druid/shaman forms saving correctly
    macro will change to instant cast forms while moving for druids and shamans
    - changed the db to use the spellIDs instead of the mount names (now blizard can change mount names and i dont have to worry about it)
    started adding functions for druids and shamans to use their instant mounts while moving)
