yssaril:
    - scaleing mounts are now blacklisted and cannot increase max speed but can set min speed
    - scaling mounts are almost fixed (they get scanned but will bump the max speed to the max they scale)
    also db resets shouldn't be required unless something major happens
    i now clean the db on every load to make sure that all mountsentries are valid if they are not they get deleted
