    - update toc to 1.1.7
    - will go back to the moving macro after combat is over if moving instead of being stuck in combat mode till you stop
    - all the bugs should be fixed now and aquatic form works like a sharm imo
    - fix stuff i broke previously
    - aquatic form (no idea if it works) if your moving in water it should give you aqua power
    - fix parser for druid/shaman forms
    - changed from mount db to tooltipscanning (damn you blizzard for not keeping tooltips consistent) hopefully fixed the delay in the druid/shaman movement code
