    - frFR should be fully localized as far as strings needed for smooth operation goes config is still not localized
    - set the special locations translations to nil so that it will deliberatly error if not found
    - remove g0 and g40 form options (don't need them since there is only one in each category that you can get) put in a check for the edgecase that all priorities where set to ZERO
    - cleanup
