    The configuration window has been made a little more robust so that plugins like MrTrader_Profit can integrate themselves into the MrTrader configuration.

    The rest of the configuration needs to be cleaned up to match, and the Tradeskill Window configuration should be moved into the MrTrader_SkillWindow module so it doesn't pollute the core database for no good reason.
