- Uncommented and fixed escape detector.  The Escape key can now be used to close this frame.
- Added MobMap integration.  Quest objectives can now be clicked and mapped via Cartographer Waypoints and/or TomTom.
nQuestLog:Comments.lua
- Rearranged the layout for a more compact and better-looking display.
- Fixed the "sharable" display.
- Fixed the display of reputation.
- Added ordered quest series list that allows clicking to view each quest in the list within the same frame.
- Shows an estimate of the actual XP you will get if you are currently 6 or more levels above the quest level and thus get reduced XP.  May not always be completely accurate but should be close.
- Added information from MobMap that isn't currently available from LightHeaded.
- Added zone name to coordinates to prevent confusion.
- Added zone name to waypoints if different than current zone to prevent confusion.
