- Moved "Test output" from SinkLib output menu to Notifications menu to keep from affecting other addons that use SinkLib.
- Switched mob tooltip processing back to using UPDATE_MOUSEOVER_UNIT, since hooking GameTooltip:OnTooltipSetUnit() and using GetUnit isn't as reliable.

nQuestLog:
- Code cleanup
- Removed detach option from main menu
- Fixed <not yet cached> links on details and comments frames.
- Fixed tooltips error when displaying group quests on items (thanks fyrye)
- Tooltip will no longer display quest items on a player when their name matches part of an objective.
- Details and comments frames are now unlocked each time they are opened, in case you right-click and lock either of them.
