    - Don't change the map's zone while the map is open. Fixes ticket #48.
    - Cleanups on accessing global variables/functions.
    - Minimap_Toggle => NPCScanOverlayMinimap_Toggle because what the actual fuck was the purpose of giving a global function such a generic name?
