    Refactor achievement initialization code to be more resilient and simplified. NPCs now require an achievementQuestID to be properly attributed; this also allows for repeatable quests to be registered to the NPC via the old questID. NPCs will now display their achievement criteria name in parenthesis if it differs from their actual name.
