SLOKnightfall:
- -Added kill tracking quest info for mobs that have them.
-Replaced the "Cached:" column in the mob list menu to be Killed. Mobs with completed kill tracking quests will have a mark next to their name.
-Any mobs with completed kill tracking quests will be auto removed from current list of mobs being searched for.
-Normalized the alert spam checks so that every alert type uses the same check. This should prevent multiple alerts for the same mob if vignette, mouseover and nameplate scans all trigger at once.
-Updated the vignette logic to use the search list now that the vignette API returns correct data. -Code cleanup.
- Added LibNameplateRegistry-1 library. Added ability to trigger alerts based off on mob nameplates.
