Omen:
- Added font outlining options
- Added a aggro switch timeout if the new aggro holder has less threat than the old.
- Polished up pullout bars
- Fixed up the aggro gain pullout bar. It now follows whoever is tanking your target.
- Pullout bars should now use the default main UI texture as their default texture
