Some fixes on debuff display.

Adirelle:
- Reworked WarningIcon to accept a .noDispellable to ignore all dispellable debuffs.
- Typo: lib:GetDispelType => LibDispellable:GetDispelType.
- Use LibDispellable:GetDispelType function to check enrage buffs and special cases.
- Properly pass the spell ID to all call to LibDispellable:CanDispel.
