Use LibPlayerSpells to display survival cooldown on raid grid.

- Added LibPlayerSpells-1.0 to .pkgmeta and TOC file.
- Fetch LibMovable-1.0 from wowace instead of github.
- WarningIcon: moved warlock survival cooldown to LibPlayerSpells.
- WarningIcon: select survival cooldonws over mana regenerations.
- WarningIcon: display mana regeneration aura in addition to survival cooldowns.
- WarningIcon: removing hard-coded druid buffs.
- WarningIcons: query LibPlayerSpells for survival auras.
