Display the buff icons on raid frames according to LibPlayerSpells-1.0; their position can be configured in the group grid panel.

Adirelle:
    - Use some subgroups for configuration.
    - Add configuration for the buff icons on raid frames.
    - Removed the "PW:Shield" filter, which is not used anymore.
    - Sorts the icons of raid frames to show them in a consistent order.
    - Do not show buffs that can also be debuffs on raid units.
    - Use LibPlayerSpells-1.0 to select the aura to show on raid units.
