Fixed debuff display, and some color textures.

Adirelle:
    - Fixed the remaining bg:SetTexture.
    - Updated oUF to 1.6.9.
    - Replaced SetTexture by SetColorTexture where appropriate.
    - Simplified dispel-related code.
    - Hopefully fixed the display of dispellable auras.
