Fixed single-unit frames for DK.

Adirelle:
    - Reference issue #13 in the XRange module.
    - Fixed rune color configuration.
    - Fixed DK errors with Runes.
    Should fix #12.
    - XRange: refactored spell detection to allow spec-specific spells.
Zealot:
    - Replace monk "Legacy of the Emperor" with "Effuse"

    - Disable the display of the numerical cooldowns on (de)buff icons.
    - Typos in Dispel.lua
    - Hopefully fixed aura display on large unit frames.
    - Fixed display of debuffs on raid units.
    - Added missing dependency on LibArtifactData-1.0.
    - Use LibSpellbook-1.0 to reliably test if a spell is known or not.
