- More work on custom forum text tab formatting options.
- Work around a known Blizzard bug that can result in grayed-out names in the reassignment dropdown menu.  (For details, see URL in code.)
- Added some more deletion options in dropdown menus.
- The list of items to filter out from loot (emblems, shards, etc) is now user-editable and preserved as part of the options tab.
