Tagging as 2.16.4

- Fix manual loot insertion in the presence of active loot caches.
- LFR raids should be tagged as such instead of as 25's.
- Holding down Shift when deleting a loot entry will also remove the corresponding long-term history entry; note in tooltip as much.
- Some tweaks to popup warnings when doing things to history.

Mostly code cosmetic tweaks.  Split up EOI and History dropdown tables.  Draw attention to realm names in popups, as they don't have to match the currently-played realm.

Use new Frame widget method EnableResize.  Allow deleting loot item's history entry along with the main loot entry.
