It seems strange that this would happen, since I figured that icons were drawn from the client, but I guess I don't really know if that's the case or not. And before you ask, no i'm not confusing my Lightning Shield and Lightning Bolt attacks (above screenshot above achieved through only auto-attack, and LB hits for 2k, not 764).
