So, I am not 100% sure on which addon is actually causing the issue, as disabling either MerathilisUI or Paste causes the problem to go away.  See image link for the issue.  One shows the bag icons darkened, and the item, price, and quantity blacked out. While having either disabled removes the issue.  I've already informed the Dev of MerathilisUI just also posting this issue here.

It's because Paste ships with an ancient library "LibStrataFix" which is no longer needed in WoW, You can fix it by either go into World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns\Paste\libs and delete that lib yourself or use the other Paste addon "PasteNG" basically same thing just different name and more updated
