What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enabling Mouseover frame
2. Disabling all bars except blank space for mouseover.
3. Disabling all texts on mouseover.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Texts added manually, or re-enabled from the list, don't show up in the menu, being uncofigurable. I'm sure they're enabled, because they're showing up in the center of the frame, or in places they were at first.

3.2.7

Relogging, reinstalling doesn't help.
