What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

What I am looking for in an assitance for people looking to find people on their raid frames who have a certain debuff.  The Kel'Thuzad Freezing effect is the easiest that comes to mind when trying to enumerate my ideas to you.  I would think it would be beneficial for a person to go into the configuration page for Auras, there be a field for "special watch" debuff and "special watch" buff as well.  There the user could input the buff or debuff that they want special treatment given to.  You already have dynamic highlighting for curses, magic, diseases and poisons.  This would just be a fifth user defined option.  This way, I could more quickly target and assist the person who is in need the most.
