Pet bar fading issue #74

    What is the issue?
    The combat fading for the pet bar isn't working correctly. Rather than fading out like the other bars it stays at 100% and flashes periodically.
    Please provide any additional information below.
    I'm trying to get it to fade to 0% out of combat, 80% on target & 50% on regen like my other bars (which work perfectly).
