CombatFader Balance Druid Nature's Balance Check (#16)
CombatFader does not handle Astral Power above 0 by default. Nature's Balance talent sets resting amount to 50 or 51 (this is inconsistent in-game). It will now check that the player is in Balance spec with Nature's Balance selected and adjust check accordingly.
