Kyle Buller:
- Fix loading modules
- LuaTexts: Update old events in the layout db instead of using a runtime map
- Aura: Delay populating class filters
- Remove load on demand structure.
This was used to reduce memory usage, but base memory usage remains around
2.5 MB regardless of loading modules on demand.
Empty module folders are still created to prevent loading the old modules
(Curse client doesn't delete removed folders) and will be removed at a
later date.
- PowerBar: Tweak bar coloring and readd AMMOSLOT/FUEL/STAGGER to options
- VisualHeal: Protect against UNIT_MAXHEALTH not passing a unit
