    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    I would like to be able to set the border strata above that of the bars so that it covers up the corners of the bars and lets the border better be the outline. (ie lets the rounded corner of the blizz tooltip borner not have the square corner of the bars cut into it)
