You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.

Classic

PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in v4.3.x-vanilla releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x releases (the same releases retail use).

Classic Era caveats:

Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

Yeah my party frames are turned on in the default interface. This only happened when 4.0.6 came and I hadn't touched any settings.

Your right, party was checked in the pitbull modules. Now that I unchecked it though I see myself in my raid-style default party frames, even when I'm not in a party. I also no longer have the default raid frames pullout menu, that allows me to edit groups and settings.

The raid pull out menu is a part of "Raid" under the Hide Blizzard frames module. Sounds like you may have that checked as well. (tested today with latest version in a bg and got both raid frames and the pull out menu)

Sounds like if you are still seeing part/raid frames you are still in a group.

I wasn't in a group at the time, but a quick logging out of wow and back in worked fine. I should have tried that before posting that second comment. Alls well now. Thank you for the help :D

Since 4.0.6 Pitbull doesn't want to show my Party Frames. I'm using the standard blizzard raid-style Party Frames, but they refuse to show up in a party. In a raid they show up fine, but in a party nothing shows up.

Check your settings under the default Interface > Unitframes

AND

/pb Modules > Hide Blizzard Frames (is Party checked here?)

Since I updated, I've noticed Pitbull has completely removed my sound bar and corruption bar on Cho'gall and Atramedes, while it's kind of nice, I haven't been able to find which setting to either turn them back on if needed, or to change the size of the bar under my health/mana bars on the portrait.. :\ Any way of doing this?

This doesn't sound like a PB4 core issue, since the core has auras as icons and not bars. Are you using the additional Aura Bar module to get those bars?

The sound bar is now built into pitbull4. You can adjust the built in one like any other bar under Layout, Bars, Alternate power bar.

To use the Blizzard default one.
/pb, Modules, Hide Blizzard, uncheck Alternate power.

Everything should be possible, though it may take some effort on your part to limit auras on what you can purge. I don't believe there is a programatic way of knowing what you can and can't purge. I could be wrong though I don't play a Shaman.

I am looking for a UI that I can parameter to do the following on my target frame : Only see the buff I casted and the debuffs I can dispell when it's a friendly target. Only see the buff I can purge and all debuffs when I target a hostile target. Is it possible to do this with Pitbull?

@angrysteel, Yeah apparently they didn't unprotect that function. Latest alpha fixes it so you won't get the error anymore.

@aintxxxhis, I need to rewrite the config mode foor groups. Blizzard made changes back when 4.0.3 came out that broke how we did that. There's no easy fix and I just haven't had time to get to it.

I'll start by saying I think this is the most fabulous mod ever created! That said, I had my raid frames all set up and working wonderfully when my system required a complete overhaul. I'm on the new computer now and want to set up my raid frames again. I understand the basic principal of creating a layout/group/etc...however, with this "config mode disabled" issue, I cannot get any raid frames to appear. This is true even when I have friends/alts in a raid. Solo bars/party bars are working as intended, but I really need help with the raid frames. I have updated ACE3 and am running the current beta version. Thank you in advance for your help.

I really like pitbull and I am excited its still getting updated! I however am cursed with OCD and am wondering if your planning to fix the male worgen 3D portrait? It shows the full body instead of up-close.

PitBull4_Aura has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI. You can disable this addon and reload the UI.

I am getting this error when i try to remove weapon buffs (out of combat ofcourse). Removing regular buffs works just fine. Not sure if weapon buffs are still protected or if its an error with Pitbull.
