I'd recommend not using DogTags anymore. The library is not actively worked on by anyone anymore really.

What aura filters are resetting on you? They shouldn't be and anything that will should be protected to prevent you from doing something that will be undone.

As far as your text request, it can be done. I don't have the time right this moment to work it up for you. I'd suggest the wowace or the elitistjerks threads, you can generally get good help with LuaTexts there.

So the Default Aura Modules reset to they're original setting every time I log. Well that sure caused allot of confusion resulting in misunderstanding. :/ Maybe preventing any changes made to these layouts in the first place may decrease noggin scratchin' situations..

On an unrelated matter, could you add a Text Name Code that displays the name in either class color if the target is friendly, yellow when I can choose to attack it or red when its hostile? Or, what code do I need to use to get that?

Is there a function I can use in a macro to position my frames? I wanna make a button that switches between different layouts (aka. move the player and target frames from one location to another) for raiding/soloing. Love the addon.

My pitbull4 just reset to default settings when i logged in today. This isn't the first time it has done it, total maybe 2-3 times over a few months, is there a way to fix this problem or atleast somehow back up my settings so i dont have to spend hours redoing them when this happens.

There are two. One at modules and one at Layout editor/Indicators/Portrait. The second one probably requires the first one to be checked, but maybe that's the problem.

Is there a way to make specific changes to just the target frame? I'd like to show absolute HP on my frame, but absolute and percentage on the target frame.

Make a separate layout for your player frame and your target frame. See the FAQ and Guides above for help.

It does this by default as long as you don't override it with something like class coloring or a custom color selection.

Heya!

I prefer pitbull to x-perl for the flexibility it has and all the configuration options. However, since I made the switch, I'm finding quite a few cons with my healer. In x-perl, I liked the way the health bar changed color based on people's health (yellow when medium, red when low, etc.). I'm pretty sure the option to do that is available with pitbull, but I couldn't spot it when I looked through the config menu.

Hey Shef,

I must say I'm getting the feel for this add-on more and more. Till now one of the best of all I ever seen. Very basic and configurable. There only rest me one more thing to find out, and while I already looked allot on the internet, I couldn't manage to find allot of that I want to achieve.

Its about the de-buff aura's. What I want is to see only 'my own de-buffs' on the mobs and only the 'mob's es de-buffs' on me or my targets. Now since I still don't completely get the 'And' & 'Or' thing, maybe you, or someone else here, could tell me here how to set it up so it will work that way.

I know it's asking allot, but I would greatly appreciate it, and then at least I can say this mod is working perfect for me. :)
