PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
PitBull Unit Frames 4.0
Woof. Arf. Yip.
Getting Started:
You can help translate PitBull for your language with the localization tool.
Classic
PitBull works with WoW Classic! Classic Era/Vanilla is supported in
v4.3.x-vanilla
releases. Cataclysm Classic is supported in v4.2.x
releases
(the same releases retail use).
Classic Era caveats:
- Aura duration is not available from the API, so PitBull uses LibClassicDurations to show them. The duration can be inaccurate if it's affected by rank or talents.
- Cast info is only available for your spells from the API. PitBull uses LibClassicCasterino to show cast bars for other units, but this can be inaccurate since there is a lot of guess-work involved.

offsuit57, Known issue. Waiting to see if Blizzard reverts their change to the way some math works in their Lua interpretor or not.
On the PTR the frames only show a health bar for NPC's. Sometimes if you are targeting a player and then target the NPC, the previous target information remains with none of the NPC's information. Targeting mobs, and other players seems unaffected.
I am using an older build and noticed that other players levels dont seem to update when they gain one. If I am targeting a lvl 1 and they hit 2, pitbull displays 1 but the tooltip says 2. If I click off of them and then back on it usually then displays 2. However if said person is in my party, the party frame wont update until they leave the party and come back in.
Is there a bit of code I need to add to make it autoupdate, or is this a bug in the older versions that have since been remidied?
Im running beta11 on WoW 3.3.5
Is there no one who can help me sort my auras depending on wether target is hostile/friendly? i've been trying to get this done for ages now? Any help would be appreciated thank you.
how can i use original alternate power bar??
i need just one additional function.
if enemy's any dispellable spells are bigger than other spell, i can notice easier
Needed to ask for help with 2 issues. Well, sort of. Both have to do with click-through.
1: Under Units -> Current Unit Target -> Layout x. The click-through option prevents me from accidentally clicking the bar instead of my target in PvP which is awesome, but IS there any option or method to make it click-through only in combat? So when in capital city to check someones achievements I dont have to /pitbull and disable clickthrough and re enable it when pvping.. etc. You get the point :)
Logically shouldnt be too hard to implement, but yeah im sort of useless with programming...
2: To have a target bar on click-through but enable tooltips on that targets Buffs. Just like when click-through is disabled and you point your mouse onto a buff, it shows the tooltip. I havent found a way to set my pitbull configuration to allow this. Is it possible?
Thanks in advance :]
bump :(
@adamus1980
If you look at ticket for the HP boss health, there is a link to a rejected patch that does the same thing. If you want to try that out. It does work, since I am still waiting for that and the raid grouping to work again :(
Thanks a lot for any help.
@skwadichou
The one you are seeing in bear and cat is the separate druid mana bar. The one you would see in caster form (human) or moonkin is the standard power bar.
Hello,
How can i do to show my mana bar in human form with my druid please ?
I only able to see it with bear and cat but i never spell any cast with those animals.. ;)
If someone have an idea?:
p.s : sorry for my english
thanks
Check to ensure you have it enabled under Modules > Combat Text
To adjust where it shows and that its enabled for that layout its under the Texts tab on the layout editor
I looked everywhere and I just cant find where I can make it tracks it. I was using pitbull4 before my computer crashed and I could track it.
Please help :((
I put a blue arrow where the inc dmg numbers were spawning.
