Added icons for indicators, borders and cooldown sweeps. Uses highest priority aura, or longest duration, or most stacks (in that order).
Added extra options per aura for helpers: zone filter, priority and "only my aura".
As above, moved the "only my aura" option from frame layout to helpers editor, so now individual auras in a helper can be filtered.
