Adds options for combining different mount speeds into groups - for example if you want your 310 and 280 mounts to be part of the same pool rather than always having a 310 (of which a user may only have one or two) summoned in preference of any of their 280's.

Code reorganization work. Options tree and default settings definitions moved out of core and into options.lua Moved definitions of "global variables" out of core.lua and into globals.lua
