Feature request for auto-summoning pets. We'll summon a pet if you don't already have one out whenever you dismount or change zones (enter an instance for example).

Removed code related to mount speeds. Ground+Air mounts like headless horseman's are now also considered Swimmers for their useful ability to let you transition right out of the water into flight.
