Pokedex 4.0 Beta - Support for druid and shaman forms. Any existing keybind for Toggle Mount will need to be reset. Any macros calling "/pd ToggleMount" should be changed to "/click PokedexToggleMountButton".

Also improved code that determines whether you can use a flying or ground mount for your particular location. This includes supporting the change blizzard made that lets you summon a flying mount when swimming at the surface of the water.
