Added option "favor ground mounts" which is enabled by default. When enabled and in a no-fly zone we will exclude ground/air mounts like Gryphons and Wind Riders from the selection, favoring ground only mount types like Horses and Kodos, unless those are the only ground capable mounts you have.

Changed existing command SummonOtherMount which was used to work around blizzard bugs when they'd tell us a zone was flyable but trying to summon a flying mount would fail; it would simply flip the result of the flying check for that summons. New version will still do that, but first will just try to summon out of the list of mounts we know work in all areas like Gryphons, Wind Riders, etc.

Change to mount selection when under water; if you don't have a mount with a swim speed increase we'll now first fall back onto the group of flying mounts that can also fly letting you fly up out of the water. If you have none of those available we'll then fall back to just any mount that can be summoned underwater. Note: selecting a flyable mount here supercedes the "favor ground mount" option.

Updated categorization of the Riding Turtle as it now appears to have a swim speed increase like the Sea Turtle.

Added new 4.3 mounts to our table and bumped toc.
