Code cleanup, optimization for QuickAttach.
Reworked to have one location in the code to set QuickAttach buttons xpos, ypos, yoffset, width, height, and scale (Issue #270).  Scale QuickAttach buttons to better fit with the SendMail UI.  No UI to adjust these overall button controls has been added at this time.
Added an additional button to QuickAttach to add all Trade Goods at once (Issue #268).  This only applies to BCC and Shadowlands version as due to WoW version 1.x API limits for itemType Classic already effectively has this.
