Tagging 1.0.3

Starfox:
    - > and < are hard
    - Add options to display overall CDs and Items on current char in the LDB label
    - Wipe the current characters cooldowns before checking them, in case they changed profession
    - Change the way cooldowns are handled, so we don't need to purge the data, instead just look if resettime > now. No more need to go through the db and purge expired cooldowns
