Starfox:
    - Don't show 'Remove ...' buttons for items where tracking == false
    - Set removed tracked items to false instead of nil, so they won't get added again on reload due to being defaultoptions
    - Option to track and display 'Secret of draenor ...' cooldowns
    - Add 'Secret of draenor ...' spells'
