What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
- I would like to see a way to filter out items in the bar (thinking of Disenchanting mostly), so you don't accidentally d/e some of your main gear before you notice it. It has happened to me like 2 times (luckily i got replacements pretty fast) :(

Please provide any additional information below.
- A simple Alt-Click would work :)

Sadly, I cannot force my buttons to not work on alt+click and do something else instead - that's one of the limitations of Blizzard's secure template system.

However, there has been a blacklist slash command implemented for some time now. /pbblacklist add <link> and /pbblacklist remove <link> should do what you want.

Hmm, that's odd... it works with Dolemite, hence why i figured it wouldnt be too hard, but i guess it's different :/
