Babble-2.2-Compat - initial commit.
This is meant to be a compatibility layer so that you can install LibBabble-3.0 and this and be able to update your addon with minimal work.
e.g. before: local BZ = AceLibrary("Babble-Zone-2.2"); after: local BZ = AceLibrary("Babble-Zone-2.2-Compat")
Note: only Babble-Zone-2.2 is supported, but eventually the rest will be.
